• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is more time-consuming, but we welcome international purchases and have shipped items successfully all over the world. We realize that it is expensive and we try to keep the shipping charges as low as possible, with very minimal packaging/handling fees. Since we have been advised by representatives to ship all items via USPS Express Mail International for promptness and safety, that is the shipping option we offer. Though it is more expensive, we have had very good luck with this service and believe that it is worth the extra cost. If you have another suggestion for shipping your item, please let us know via email at the time of payment and we will look into it.

• PACKAGING: We package all items carefully and securely to protect them from damage. When available we include original boxes which often show some signs of scuffing and/or shelf wear. Whenever possible we use recycled boxes and packaging materials!

• VAST SELECTION: I’ve been a collector most of my life, since “I found out I had pockets” as my dear mother used to say. With thousands of items in my collection, I have opened an store, with literally thousands of items to be listed just as fast as we can list them! Please click on “Save This Seller” and “See Other Items” at the top right of each of my item pages, and visit our store often to see the newly listed items!

• NEW ITEMS: Some of my items are contemporary collectibles, made in limited quantities for the collector market. These items, such as cookie jars and other hand-painted items often contain minor imperfections, such as uneven brush strokes, etc. They were often done quickly and so there is no such thing as “perfect” when it comes to new collectibles. However, if there is any damage such as chips or cracks, it will be noted in the item description. Boxes for new collectibles may show some scuffing from storage.

• USED ITEMS: I love antiques and have personally collected them for many moons! Over the years, I have collected many different items, but have always tried to buy QUALITY, and in good condition. However, they are old and have been used and loved over the years, so don’t expect them all to be like brand new! We will present them along with photos and will note any existing damage such as cracks or chips in the item description.

• RETURN POLICY: As I have gotten older and my space has gotten smaller, I am forced to liquidate my collection. Therefore, all items are sold “as is” and I do not accept returns. If I somehow made a significant mistake in the description, you may return the item to me in exchange for another item (less shipping costs).

• INSURANCE CLAIM: We make every effort to package each item securely to prevent damage and have had almost no problems with shipping. However, if your item is not received or is damaged in shipping please contact me first and I will try to help. However, it will ultimately be up to you, they buyer, to file a claim with the shipper. I will make a good faith effort to assist with any required documentation.
