This is a vintage Oriental style wall fan made by Burwood, Model #4402.

Burwood made products like this, similar to those made by Syroco, made of plastic or some type of composite;

I believe both were eventually bought up by Homco. It has 3 metal wall hooks attached to the back.

Fan is approx. 43\" wide x 26 1/2\" tall and it has a floral design; it probably was made in the late 1960s or 1970s. It is in very good condition and the color is gold
