Returns will be accepted within 14 days and refunds will be processed within 48 business hours. All outgoing and incoming shipping costs are non-refundable. Any returns received within 7 days will have 0% restocking fees, and we will be charging a 10% restocking fee for any items returned within the 7 - 14 day timeframe. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses and all returns must be fully insured. All of our shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund.
