There are currently only 2 CGC 9.8 Peter Panzerfaust #2 on the current CGC Census Report. If you are on any comic book chat boards, you will see that for some reason Peter Panzerfaust #2 always seems to have creases on the back spine (I have held six or seven of this book and this was the only clean one I found). There will not be many CGC 9.8's (none graded higher currently, or probably in the future) so I would suggest picking this one up while you have the chance before it goes into a private collection forever. This is the RAREST Peter Panzerfaust book made and that will ever be produced at only 4,416 made. Wait until the BBC produces the show (which they have already bought) and watch it go Walking Dead on us with even more limited production. For starters, I want to get your repeat business as an comic book seller. That starts with being honest about the condition of my books for sale. I will keep up with selling many of the hottest new books in the industry, and the majority of them will be books that I got straight from major wholesalers where the books have never been put on a shelf. Some books I will buy from shops, but when I do I cherry pick only clean copies for resale. NONE/ZERO of my books have been read or even opened at the spine. I confidently list most of my books as Near Mint (NM), which means they should grade a minimum of 9.4 by CGC. If you are looking for absolutely flawless books, those get CGC 9.9's. Even CGC 9.8's usually have one or two minor flaws upon close inspection. If that is all you are looking for, please just buy those books already graded that high. Most of the books I am selling for $12 sell for $75 as a CGC 9.8 and $250+ as a CGC 9.9 (if one even exists). Please feel confident that a book I list as NM is at least a 9.4 book, with a few minor flaws allowed (no MAJOR creases, dings, spine damage).

Please note comic book grading is often subjective, some books graded a 9.4 look better than a 9,8, so I generally label my new, unread bagged and boarded comics as Near Mint. If there are any major defects I will describe them, but most comics will be at least Near Mint Condition and in most cases probably even better.
