Signed by Neal Adams and also featuring an original Neal Adams art sketch, this comic is professionally graded by CGC and is part of their special Signature Series.  With Signature Series books a certified witness, employed by CGC, actually observes the signing/sketching of the comic and then immediately takes possession of the book so there is no possibility of the real autograph being switched out with another.  Please note that I package CGC books extremely securely- they are quadrupled boxed- that's right, QUADRUPLED boxed.

I cannot falsify customs forms by declaring a lower value than the final offer price realized. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine what their customs fees, duties, or taxes may be.  Please be aware that with international packages, USPS may sometimes release the package to a local carrier for the final delivery of the item to the buyer.  If that is the case it is the responsibility of the buyer to, if necessary, make arrangements for the delivery of the package, for it to be signed for upon delivery, provide instructions to the carrier where to leave the package, etc.

No third-party is involved. Further, art sketches - and most published pieces of original artwork I sell - were obtained directly from the artists themselves. 

And now, through Collectors Proof, in order to provide this guarantee to buyers - and especially those who desire said guarantee in written form, after the sale ends and payment has been received, the item information will, upon request, be uploaded to Collectors Proof.  Once uploaded, it will generate and assign the item a digital (and permanent) alpha-numeric code ("signature") linked to the primary sale photo as well as a snapshot of the complete ended sale screen (offering a level of authentication and piece of mind that a mere printed certificate with an easily forged signature cannot).  Once the item has an entry on Collectors Proof the "title" of the item can then be transferred from one member (Empire sales) to another (the high buyer).  Not only is this a record of the guarantee of the authenticity of the item, traceable back to its original source, but it also maintains a permanent web-based record of ownership accessible from any computer with internet access.  It also allows the current owner to print out a hardcopy of a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), if desired, but without the need of actually having to protect physical paper certificates from loss or possible destruction as the documentation is permanently maintained and available online.  

Please note that this service is not available for items already independently verified for authenticity (such as CGC Signature Series Comics or pack-pulled signature cards), items that come with independent provenance from another source (which, if that is the case, will be noted in the sale description above) or items that are not in need of any authentication (such as collectibles that are not signed, or are not original artwork, etc). It is also not available for items that sell for any amount less than $49.99 (though, if desired, for a $3.00 processing fee per item, the provenance through Collectors Proof can be included.  At $49.99 or higher, the provenance through Collectors Proof is included free of charge upon request. Please note- the guarantee that I sell only signatures I personally witnessed the signer in question autograph is real regardless of whether or not you opt for the authentication service through Collectors Proof.
