An unusual ingot shaped porcelain cup stand with a rice grain* body painted in underglaze blue. It has a 4 character Qianlong mark to the base.

It may be of the period. Most of these cupstands are Jiaqing, so I will describe as possibly of the period. It measures 6 inches (15.2 cm) long.

There is a faint star crack to the base and a flake chip to the rim.

*Rice grain:Patterns have been hand cut through the body. The resulting pattern of holes is then filled with the glaze that covers the whole body.

I accept returns within 7 days of receipt by the purchaser. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was posted.  Refund of hammer price only if buyer has opted for standard postage or airmail or merely has changed mind.  For items gone astray where signed for postage was used or where material discrepancies or fault was on my part, a full refund will be given.
