Civil War Soldier Andrew Slyfield Gem Sized Tintype Keene New Hampshire 1860's:
This is a nice gem sized tintype (about the size of a postage stamp) of a young man identified as Andrew Slyfield. It was found with other similar tintypes from around Sanbornton and Keene, NH and dates to the Civil War era. Online databases indicate that he was a Union soldier in the Civil War. The following is his Civil War service record taken from ancestry.com
