We do not allow pickups.
Items that advertise Free Shipping ONLY have free shipping to the Continental United States
Shipping addresses must be registered and confirmed with PayPal.
Please make sure to have the correct shipping address set at the time of payment. Once the order is paid we can't change the address.
Domestic orders take up to 3 business days to process and are shipped the next business day after processing has completed. International orders can take up to 5 business days to process and are shipped the next business day after processing has completed.
Domestic shipments can incur a handling cost of $1-3USD. International shipments can incur a handling cost of $3-5USD.
Unfortunately, delays due to weekends, holidays, adverse weather conditions and carrier mistakes are out of our control. We do our best to process and send your order as quickly as we can.
If requesting shipping to a PO box address, please note that you may have to pay for shipping via USPS. UPS Does not ship to PO Boxes. If you would
like to know if a particular item requires payment to be sent to a PO Box, please contact us BEFORE purchasing the item.
Please make sure to be ready to receive your package or pick it up from your local carrier's location. If your item is returned to us as
Undeliverable because you failed to receive or pick up the package or because the address you provided was in any way invalid or incomplete, you will be issued a refund as per our Undeliverable Item policy (see Regular Returns & Undeliverable Items above)
To keep shipping costs low, we don't provide tracking information for most items. However, all items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation (if shipping with USPS).
Our shipping and handling costs are what the carrier charges us, plus any required handling fee as described above. If you feel our S&H prices are too high, please cross reference the weight of the item with the shipping company of your choice and you will see that we charge what it costs to ship the item.
Return & Refund Policy
Please contact us before returning an item. All returns must first be approved.
All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, regardless of the reason for the return. This includes regular returns, undeliverable items and damaged/factory defective
After a return has been authorized there is a 7 day grace period in which to ship the return.
We must be contacted about damaged or defective items on the delivery date. Please check your items when you receive them as we will not accept
returns of these items if we are not contacted on the delivery date.
Returns will not be accepted for incomplete or used items.
Returns will not be accepted in any case if the item has been misused, tampered with, disassembled, or sent to a third party repair store without authorization.
Regular Returns & Undeliverable Items
Refunds issued for regular returns and undeliverable items will be MINUS the amount we paid to ship the item. Free shipping only applies to
UPS shipments returned as undeliverable or refused will be refunded MINUS both the original shipping cost that we or the buyer paid and minus that same shipping cost again, as UPS charges shipping on Refused or Undeliverable packages. Again, free shipping only applies to completed transactions.
Items returned as undeliverable or refused cannot be reshipped for free. The buyer must pay reshipping if they would like the item sent again. This includes free shipping items.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a regular return. We do not accept returns after that period.
The buyer must be able to prove the return was delivered.
For regular returns, the item must be in the original, unopened packaging.
The item must be completely unused.
These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Factory Defective & Damaged
All of our items undergo a rigorous, three-person inspection before being hand-packed and shipped. We never ship used or damaged merchandise.
Factory defective items must be returned by the buyer (buyer pays return shipping.) This is necessary, as our supplier requires inspection of the item prior to clearing a refund.
Refunds issued for defective items will be for the purchase price of the item.
If your item arrives damaged please DO NOT throw away the original packaging or packing materials and contact us on the date of delivery. If you do not contact us on the day of delivery we will be unable to file for damages with the carrier and will not be able to accept your damaged package claim.
