- Second Class Post - no tracking number or insurance. Should an item go missing using this method it cannot be tracked.
- Recorded Delivery - tracking number obtained. Item will be insured up to Royal Mail guidelines. Only method used for items reaching £25.00 at sale.
- Special Delivery - tracking number obtained and only method used for items reaching over £50.00.
- If you want Recorded or Special Delivery please let us know before you make payment so that we can send you a revised bill to take into account the additional cost.

- International Signed/Track and Trace - tracking number obtained. Item will be insured up to Royal Mail guidelines. Only method used for items reaching £25.00 at sale. Extra compensation up to £500.00 available on request.
- If you want International Signed/Track & Trace please let us know before you make payment so that we can send you a revised bill to take into account the additional cost.
POSTAGE OF ITEM:
The expected arrival date provided by /PayPal is not a guarantee of delivery date. From experience, approximate postal times are as follow:
EUROPE: 4-8 Working days
AMERICA: 7-14 Working Days
AUSTRALIA & REST OF WORLD: 7-28 Working Days
These times are from the date of despatch and not from the date of purchase.Working days are classed as Monday To Friday (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED (LOST IN POST): Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive especially if it has been posted to a location outside of the UK. If you have not received an item after the expected postal period listed above then please contact your local sorting office to check that the item hasn’t been taken back to the depot and a card not left for you. If after this the item has still not been located then please contact us.
As soon as we hear from you, we will immediately contact both Royal Mail UK and your local posting or sorting office in your country of residence (office location nearest to your registered address) and launch an investigation for internal fraud or theft in transit. A replacement product will later be sent to you. If the product is no longer available, then you will be refunded in full.
PACKAGING: If you wants items packaged a certain way please let us know before you place your offer. Cd’s are sent out in padded envelopes with extra support for any cd’s that have card or paper sleeves. Multiple cds (3 or more) are posted in boxes.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: All items we sell are 100% genuine. Promotional cd’s are in both Cdr form and Silver Face form. Just because some cds are not Silver Faced this does not mean they are fake as many record companies now use this format. I am a keen collector myself so have been collecting cd’s in both formats for a number of years.
