Corky Pig Hull Piggy Bank Stopper Cork Replacement For Sale
Corky Pig Hull Replacement Cork Only!! PLEASE READ!!
PIG BANK IS NOT INCLUDED
Your offerding on the one machine made Replacement cork, for which fits the Corky Cork Banks and or the Razor/Humpback banks. I'm the one that originally made these corks, not seeing what I think they should be I'm back on again. Selling the best possible cork replacement.
I notice the one's being sold on today have a much smaller staple then they should andclearly to ring is way to large indiameter to everlook like an original.
My research for the correct size staple took manyweeks and countless phone phone calls, trial anderrorand more to find the best ring, staple and cork. However, the one thing that is not exact is the diameter of the ring, it's a tad larger, clearly not huge, as I've been seeing here this last year 4 years on .
I purchased the best matchfor original size. 1. The corks size. 2. The staple size and lastly, 3. Thebrass ring. The cork, staple are a great match, however, the ring is about 1/16'' larger in diameter, not a perfect match, but clearly not the grossly over sized rings I've seen in recent sales.
I'm back, with lowered prices and have the best reproduction cork that is available today to the originals andaremachine made.
My goal was to find the bestmatch then and years ago. I've sold hundreds andthese over the past 7 years both here on and yahoo with great response, please inquire!
(These corks are as close to the originals, not perfect, but a close match) These are nothand-made with an over sized ring and staple and a little red paint. A greateffort was made on my part to have them lookto an original.
The pictures below show you an older original cork on the right and a reproduction one on the left, both top and bottom are pictured. So you have a much better idea of how close they resemble one another, giving you the best best reproduction cork/stopperfor your prized collection. Also, for viewingI've placed one in aCorky Pig to see how one might fit your bank. Keep in mind these corks will fit the Razor/Humpbackpigs too.
PIG BANK IS NOTINCLUDED!!
The original's came in apinkish red, but if you prefer the Natural look wehave that as your choice for the same low price. Keep in mind Never! throw away an older cork, they may not fit the bank you have now, but each and everysnout/openingis different in size and one mightnot fit one, but yet another.
Corks are make from the bark of certain tree and in timethey shrink, like every cork it takesyears for the shrinkage to occur. But they do shrink and if youever wondered why, this is the reason.
Some corks may stickout a 1/4 inch, while othersmight protrude a bit further, but in time they all shrink to fit well making yourcollectable pig a Happy Pig!

It was at that point that they also stopped production of art pottery Tile was produced from 1927 to 1929.
