CUSTOMIZATION - As a custom-made item, any jewelry you receive will vary somewhat from the photo shown due to the wide variety of feather color, shape and size from bird to bird. I make each piece after it is won or purchased by you and use the photos you see in the sales as guidelines ONLY! I will use similar feathers and/or beads to make your jewelry but it will never be exactly like the photo!
DEADLINES - Since I make most feather jewelry after I receive an order, it might take more than 3-4 days to make & send your jewelry. This is especially true during peak times, ieHalloween, Mother\'s Day, & Christmas in addition to other unforeseen busy times.It is, therefore, particularly important to let me know if you have a deadline!
FEATHER JEWELRY IS DELICATE! With care, your feather items can last for many years, but if you treat it like metal jewelry, the feathers will break and cannot be repaired. Care instructions are included with all feather jewelry & hat bands.
