Ca. 1880s Pink Brass Copper Ansonia Hanging Library Oil Lamp Two Arm Chandelier Frameand Matching FOR sale:

A hard to find two arm hanging oil lamp chandelier.

The frame has a pinkbrass to copper brass reasonably shiny patina, two arm cup chandelier for oil lamp fonts. Has a rod and spring and cable inside, the bottom arm attaching section inside has an April 1882 patent date. Looks like this frame could easily be converted to a four arm chandelier. Fitted with two pattern glass filler fonts with P&A Unique burners. Frame is probably Ansonia Brass & Copper, but possibly Miller or B&H, ca. 1880s - 1890s.

Frame measures about 36\" longand 32\" wide at the fonts.

Hanging lamp in excellent condition overall.No major problems or dents on the brass, has some rim denting at the top cap. The extension cables and spring are present inside, something is missing I think for the pull-down at the bottom squeeze button. The fonts with no chips or cracks, the burners missing top caps.

Will disassemble asable for safer shipping, might require two packages to your area, please wait for invoice.
