Absolutely stunning set of hand painted Coalport plates. follow the link to a complete set of detailed is 9 inches. Each plate depicts a different fish in an aquatic background. Additionally, each is decorated with a gilt edge, a giltfish, shell and vine frieze around the rim and a gilt netting pattern on the bottom third of the plate. These are simply the nicest hand painted cabinet plates I have seen. All are signed J Bradley. Some minor wear to the gilt mostly in the netting pattern. One platehas a small foot rim chip. The last plate pictured has some fading in the background painting. The previous owner purchased these from Sotheby\'s NY in 2006.From a smoke free home.
