Our standard delivery offers free shipping to all 48 Continental US States using
the fastest, safest and most reliable method possible. Most products are
available for immediate delivery and typically leave our warehouse 24-48 hours
after your payment has been received and cleared. This item is delivered via
FedEx Ground or UPS Ground and arrives within 2-5 business days from the day it
is shipped. For items being shipped to Canada, the time frame is 5-7 business
days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you through an message or
email.
Order Fulfillment
We will process your online order within 24 hours, given that all items are in stock.
We strive to keep the inventory updated at all times, but item availability is
not guaranteed. In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified via
email/ message board. Orders with sold out items will either be voided and
the purchase refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the
original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer's
wishes.
Sales Tax
California sales tax is charged on all orders picked up, delivered or shipped
within the state of California.
Return Policy
All
of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. This
warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping / handling damage. We can
provide replacements of defective or damaged parts in most cases if reported
within 7 days of receiving the item. If you are missing parts in your order,
please let us know within the 7 days of the receipt date, and we will make
every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as
possible at no extra cost to you. If your order is damaged upon arrival,
please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve this issue by
repairing or replacing the item. Order cancellation and/or refusal of a "Free Shipping" item without any
sign of damages will subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus the actual cost of
shipping associated with the order. And it will be deducted from your return
refund.
