This is a lovely picture medal of St. Philomena. The back is plain and marked \"silver plate\"

It is 19x29mm. I photographed the medal along with a quarter so that you can see the size and details.

It has a loop at the top for attaching to a chain, charm bracelet or favorite rosary.

It is in good condition. The metal finish is still bright and shiny.
