This is the original final drawing by Charles Flanders for the daily comic strip episode of The Lone Ranger that appeared in newspapers on September 2, 1963. The Lone Ranger appears in two panels of an episode in which "homesteaders disarm the Baron's men." Writer Fran Striker and artist Ed Kressy created The Lone Ranger comic strip, based on Striker's popular radio program, in 1938; Flanders took over drawing the strip in 1939 and continued it for many years. This original is signed "Charles Flanders" by the artist in the last panel. King Features Syndicate label is in the middle panel.

There is minor discoloration: VERY FINE condition.
