Charles W. Dunn House, South Norwalk, Ct, 1930, Orig.:
A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of Details of Stairs at the Residence of Charles W. Dunn in South Norwalk, Connecticut. HAND-COLORED. W. M. Anderson, Architect. From the Architect Detail Series, November, 1930.
This picture is extremely hard to find, as the Architect Detail Series not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved or colored as this has been. It measures 17.25 by 12.25 inches. Has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture). The whole plan measures approximately 20 by 14.75 inches (with mat border). Finely detailed and beautifully hand-colored. Shrink wrapped.
Plan is in VG+ condition with light browning along the edges and some light crinkling.
We specialize in historical hand-colored architectural plans and photos. St. Croix Architecture maintains the largest searchable database in the world of pre-1900 buildings, churches and houses from the US, UK and the Europe.
