In honor of the things we love....tonights sale is bursting with textiles, folk art, dolls, buttons and more, quite the array....if I do say so myself.

This sale is to offer an charming and sweet handmade 1930's (or so) folk art doll house. Filled with love for a special young girl....and remember age is only a state of mind! A real treasure. From the lattice under the porch to the doormer windows this house was most likely a copy of the owners home. Great red and green colors with lots of details. Glass windows, doormer windows are plastic with blinds and curtains, arched windows and five rooms inside. Tops lifts off for play access. This antique dollhouse is awaiting a new owmer. Years of play have left it as a little "fixer upper", but can certainly be enjoyed as is. Welcoming porch and front steps. Door opens. Large front room. Wooden floor. Rooms have been rewallpapered many times and paper is peeling. One upper window is broken, some missing window trims, some broken and replaced roof slates. Good size house measures 26" x 14" x 18 1/2" without front steps. Up for sale is this charming real dollhouse awaiting your decorater touch or happy to accent any folk art decor. Enjoy!
