Charms Bracelets Vintage Sterling Silver Lot Scrap Or Not Ww2 Coins Etc.195 Gr:
Charms Bracelets Vintage Sterling Silver Lot Scrap or Not!! WW2 Coins Etc. about 195 grams. The first image shows everything in the lot and in the second, I've tried to turn it all over. The larger group on the left are all good pieces, 139.3 grams. Darn, the shoe is not snapping now...I pushed harder, and now it IS closed and good luck opening it again. I'll go through them:
The coin bracelet is some over 7 1/2" and silver though I do not know the purity of the coins. The Victoria coin engraved Mother too is silver and both items test as high quality. The rest of the unmarked charms test sterling but the golf clubs - the rhodium prevents me from testing and pieces I will say are European 800 - 835 The dome (probably St. Peters?) the stork and the covered tankard. Those marked.. (You may find more marked in the images) are the bowling ball which is Dane Craft, the slot machine (this one is not articulated), the Arial lift, the spoon with a Mexico silver mark, Gent in a serape, Alaska, Chicken, The Coke carrier is Wells, The Sweetheart Bracelet that is 6 3/4" long ( small), The Trolly is by Beau, Calgary tower, a Bell Eagle, Lake Placid enamel (may be flawed) Graduation Cap, a sweet Dragon and a hut with a palm tree, possibly copyright Leach?
The lot in the upper right is my scrap lot with damage, engraving, closures that do not snap. There is a lot of 4 on the lower right that are pretty good but annoying... guess the shoe is not closing properly. The pipe is a replica cast of an old charm that has no articulation but looks as if it should, The church stanhope is good and readable but melting around the edges and the devil in a martini shaker does not pop up.These last two lots weigh 58.6 grams and mostly silver though the coins (especially the nickle) may not be 925. There's a sad little music maker juke box that may have played a tune at one time.I've run out of describing patience. If you ask questions I will respond and add the information to the description. If you are a novice silver buyer, please see my note below. I'm not an expert, but I have been researching as my interest in charms deepens.Shown against 1/2" squares. If there is a jump ring in the photo, it's probably also included in the weight but may not be silver... I don't test them.PLEASE EXAMINE THE IMAGES and ask me any questions you think necessary. The images have better vision than I!My items are used and secondary market items and not new merchandise. I will describe carefully and also give my own impression of the condition, but I am almost never an expert!Note:
Many people feel silver jewelery should not be magnetic, and many high quality jewelry
manufacturers use and have used a finish of Rhodium to keep a bright polished surface on the
silver, it should be known that that there needs to be a layer or wash between the
silver to adhere the Rhodium without damage to the silver. This wash is often attracted
to a magnet. Sometimes slightly on heavy silver pieces and more strongly on the
delicate pieces. The metal Rhodium is more valuable than the silver, so it is not a
devalued piece unless you just do not like the 'Bright' finish. Rhodium is also used on
white gold; but the gold does not need that protective layer to prevent damage from the
plating process. Also remember there will be a stronger metal used for the working
parts of some clasps and articulated charms.

We can discuss this if the package is less than 4 lbs and not costly; but Sadly!!
