This is a brand new, solid wood chicken coop with tongue &groove designthat can also be used as a rabbit hutch or guinea pig cageor for any other small pets.It hasa raised sleeping area completely off the ground to prevent dampness and hasa ramp for easy access.There is awindow to allow light inside and circulate fresh air.

Coop is made of heat treated fir, tongue and groove design for strength & stability. The top is solid wood with a waterproof, asphalt coating. The nest box can be accessed from the top through a hinged lid that is also covered in waterproof asphalt.

This chicken coop is packed in one box and normal shipment is Fed Ex ground. Due to handling, boxmay arrive with minor damage to the wood such as small cracks, whichare common to all wood chicken coops. These cracks can be easily repairedwith wood glue and then stained if you so desire.
