This is a very heavy copper metal restaurant advertising toothpick holder. This represents the Chicken Inn restaurants. He appears to be a bellhop character. He has painted features which show some loss of paint. This holder is about 3 1/2\" high. See the photo of the bottom where it has green felt and has some writing on it. It\'s got some patina on it.
