ITEM IS NO LONGER WANTED OR WAS ORDERED IN ERROR
1) The item may be returned for exchange or full refund (including delivery charges) providing it has not been opened. Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery.

3) Please ensure the item is returned securely wrapped and in a saleable condition.
4) We strongly recommend customers obtain proof of postage for goods being returned via Royal Mail.We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items which do not arrive or arrive damaged.
5) Heavy or bulky items will be collected by courier. Please ensure the item is securely wrapped and addressed for safe return. The courier will issue you with a collection receipt.
6) Upon safe receipt of the goods and after the goods have been inspected, if appropriate we will issue an exchange, or refund the customer's Paypal account and a confirmation email will be issued.

Delivery

Wherever possible we combine shipping charges to provide a p&p of no more than £4.99 (within UK mainland).
Usually, small light items go out 1st class post (delivery between 1-3 days) and larger, heavier items by 24 hour courier which should arrive next day.
Items being delivered by 24 hour courier will need to be signed for. If there is no reply, the courier should leave a card with contact details to re-arrange
