China Great 1885-1960 Lot From Old-time Collection Incl. Early Mint Issues:
This is a lovely lot of China taken from an old time collection - I placed the stamps on stockcards so that you can see exactly what you are offerding on.As with all such lots there are a few faults, but there are some scarce stamps here and the catalogue value must be very high.
Contents include 1885 - 88 1ca MH, 1ca mint no gum, 2 x 3ca used (1 creased), 5ca used, 1894 Dowager 1ca MH, 2ca MH, 3ca MH 4ca fine used, 5ca MH (Scarce, cat. £450), 1897 small figures ½c on 3ca used, 1c on 1ca used pair, 2c on 2ca used with CUSTOMS AMOY cancel, 4c on 4ca used, 5c on 5ca used, 8c on 6ca (bothof the2 shades)used, 1897 large figures 2½mm below characters 2c on 2ca MH, 4c on 4ca used, 1897 large figures 1½mm below characters ½c on 3ca MH, 1c on 1ca MH, 1897 ICP range of issues MH or used, 1898 few ICP MH/used, 1909 Emperor Hsuan T'ung set MH +3c, 7c used, 1912 Waterlow Republic of China opts. group used + scarce 30c MH, and 50c MH (small thin), 1912 Commem. Revolution MH/MNH lot to 20c incl. pairs (lower stamps MNH), 1912 Commem. Republic MH/MNH lot to 20c (no 10c)incl. pairs (lower stamps MNH), range of used 1913-33 Junk/Reaper/ Hall of Classics issues, also some nice MNH/MH pieces incl. blocks, 1921 Postal Service Anniv. set used, then a good range of commemoratives and general issues including 1933 Tan Yen-kai set of four MH, and various Sun Yat-sen and commemorative issues up to 1960 incl. 1960 Goldfish set fine used.
Everything is scanned, and I have scanned the reverse of the earlier issues. Perforations as per scans.

Mail within the UK containing material valued from £85 to £150 will be sent by Recorded Delivery (£1.75), and by Special Delivery (£6) above that amount. Items below £85 are sent at NO CHARGE by first class post.
Mail outside the UK containing material valued above £85 will be sent by the 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service (£7). Items below £85 are sent by regular airmail post (£1.75).
The above prices include packaging in special board backed envelopes and are for sendings up to 100 grams. Heavier packages are charged pro rata at cost. Buyers can, of course, elect to upgrade the mail service, i.e. choose Special Delivery instead of Recorded Delivery.
