Lovely early 19th century American-produced antique map. Engraved withpleasing fullhand color. Beautiful example, scarce thus and much nicer looking than typical for examples of this map.

Captures the country at a fascinating point in history. Note Hainan (Hong Kong) and Formosa (Taiwan). Korean peninsula displays many rivers and place names.

In VG clean condition, minor light surface age wearand toning astypical, but overall a superior visual example.

Sheet measures c.8 3/4\" H x 10 3/4\" W.

Engraved area measures c. 7 1/2\" H x 9 1/4\" W.
