- Buyers must pay within 3 days of sale or the sale is void.
- Buyers pay shipping costs and insurance is required.
- All the items require handling fees. Handling fee is mostly for the purpose of purchasing insurance.

- If you change your shipping address after we send you an invoice, you will be responsible for additional shipping fee due to the change. If you refuse, we will issue you a full refund and cancel the sale.
- If you hire a 3rd party company to receive the item on your behalf, we will add signature confirmation service to ensure safe delivery. For USPS, it costs $2.90. For UPS and Fedex, it is $5.
- We will also add signature confirmation service for any item sold over $700.
- Please email or make shipping cost inquiries before you offer. Please do not attempt to calculate shipping cost on your own. Shipping and insurance cost are actual cost so there will be no discount on shipping cost. Transactions will not be cancelled due to shipping cost. - The 5 business days shipping time is for DOMESTIC MAIL ONLY! It takes more time to pack for international shipping because custom labels take more time to prepare. - For international shipping, we use USPS 1st Class register mail, USPS priority mail, USPS express mail, UPS international, and Fedex international.
- Please note that USPS 1st class register mail takes about 14 business days and longer to make delivery. For smaller items, we usually use 1st class register mail. If you wish change delivery service, please let us know so can make changes in your invoice.
- If your item is returned by the post office or customs, you will be responsible for all shipping fee incurred. You will need to pay additional shipping fee if you wish ship the item again.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying. We will not falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift".
- Please note that we do not charge packaging or handling fee unless we need to purchase special packaging to pack your item. For porcelain and fragile items, we will use double boxes with plenty of packing peanuts and bubble wraps to pack.

- Buyer has 14 days to return the item. For any return, buyer must pay for the shipping and insurance both ways. Buyer also has to pay for any fees (including but not limited to and paypal). The seller reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for any returns.
- We will not issue partial refund for any items that we sold. You have only two choices. Keep the item or return the item.
- Please email us before you wish to return any item.
- If you receive your item and it is damaged, please email us immediately. Please retain all the packing materials including the boxes. Please take photos of the damage areas and the outside box. Please email us all the photos and a detail description of the damage area. We will submit all the information to the insurer for claims. You will be required to sign an affidavit to attest the information submitted.
- If the item suffered only partial damage, the insurer will pay for the partial loss or repair cost. You will need to provide an appraisal to prove the loss of value if you wish to claim partial loss. If you wish to claim restoration cost, you will need to provide an estimate written by a restorer.
- If your item is lost, please email us immediately. We will file a search with USPS, UPS, or Fedex. For international mail, the insurer requires a 45 days wait period to file a claim.
