This is a very stylish and unusual unmarked Old Hall pottery lidded jug , the design attributed to Christopher Dresser c1890. The modernist shape of this piece is quite radical for the time it was made. The pattern that decorates its surface is a recognised Christopher Dresser design. This piece measures 21cm tall and is in great condition. One could argue that originally the decoration would possibly have been more vibrant in colour.
