Up for offer is a rare Civil War brass belt buckle, non-dug. Eagle & Laurel Wreath design. Writing on the \'banner\' is hard to read, but looks like it includes \'pluribus\' and \'unum\'. Not positive about that though. No other markings on the back. It is 3-1/2\" long x 2-1/4\" in size, and weighs over 3 ounces.
