Civil War Tin Type Full Standing Armed Union Soldier In Case Appleton Wisconsin For Sale
This Civil War image has been part of my personal collection for 35 years or so . It is a tin type image of a full standing , armed union soldier , note musket , bayonet and cap box . The soldier pants are tinted blue and his breast plate and belt buckle are touched in gold . The image is very clear and in wonderful shape . The size of the image with case is 4 3/4 " x 3 3/4 " x 5/8 " . The case is missing the inside material opposite the image as seen . The case other wise is fine with both hook style latches in place . This image was found in Appleton Wisconsin . This would be a great addition to any Civil War and or antique image collection . Ask ? if need be . Buyer pays shipping . Pay pal accepted .
