The inlaid nib is very stylish and writes well with a firm stroke. It is ready to go to its new owner. Please click on the above photographs to enlarge them.Condition Guidlines: I go great lengths to be as accurate as I can be with respects to the pen you are offerding on. If you have any questions on any item please contact me and I will do my very best to answer your questions in a timely manner. There are many interpretations out there that people use to judge conditions of vintage pens. I have detailed below how I personally judge vintage pens. Please understand I always list any issues I see or am aware of with the pens I sell but I am human and sometimes something escapes my attention.A Word About Nibs: The key thing to remember about nibs on vintage pens is that in the vast majority of cases they have been used, sometimes extensively. I check that nibs write but I cannot guarantee they will suit your particular hand. Most nibs are just fine but sometimes especially with flexible and customer adjusted nibs they may need further adjustment to suit your style of writing. I am right handed and not very adept at writing to start with so I too have my own limitations. I do not adjust nibs. It is a highly skilled task. I often do small nib repairs and lightly polish them so they are relatively smooth but that is the extent of my skills. On to my grading of pens...Mint: New and either unused or very slightly used. It will always be in the original box and will be in what I call collectors condition. It may or may not have been inked but the listing will detail this fact.Near Mint: New like in appearance, it will have been inked and used but has been taken care of and will have little to no signs of use.Excellent: Will have been used but will be fully functional and will load ink via whatever method it uses and will write. It retains all its original parts with the possible exception of a new ink sac or pressure bar. It will not have any dents, no gouges and no cracks. It will quite probably have minor scrathching acquired during the course of being used.Very Good: The pen will have probably been well used and shows general wear due to use. Small scratches, some brassing of plated parts, possible previous repairs and even repalcement parts may be present. It will be fully functional and will load ink via whatever method it uses and will write. It will have no major defects.Good: A pen that has been well used. There will probably be a lot of wear and tear however it will be fully functional and will load ink via whatever method it uses and write.PaymentI only accept payment via Paypal.ShippingI ship from two locations (please see listing for pens location at time of sale) the USA and the UK.All shipping from the United Kingdom will be via Royal Mail. Within the UK everything will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For.The Rest of the World will be sent via Royal Mail International either Tracked and Signed For, Tracked, or Signed For depending on what service is available. All shipments will be insured in some way for loss included.I do combine shipping often (But not always) at no additional expense.PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the BUYER to pay any import duties or taxes that are applicable. My advice is if in doubt please check your Countries rules and regulations before you place a offer. I cannot and will not accept any liability or responsibility for these duties and taxes under any circumstances.I will not falsify the value of any pen. They have to be fully insured to protect both you and myself in case of loss.Terms of SaleAll sales are sold subject to s rules and regulations.About UsHi my name is Neil and I spend all of my time split living between the USA and the UK (explained further on) which is why although listed as USA based at some periods of time I sell my items from the United Kingdom.I got back into my love of pens when my Mother passed away back in 2013. When going through her things I found my old college pen, a Parker 45 Flighter that was brought for me as a Christmas present on 24th December 1976.Sadly when my Mother did pass I had to take over the care of my Father who has Dementia and requires 24/7 care. As he is not a USA Citizen I can only be in the USA with him for 6 months at a time before I have to return to the UK for 3 months to satisfy US Visa regulations. I mention this because so many of my \"followers\" ask why from time to time my shipping costs go up and down. That is the reason why.I have always been a Parker pen fan from my early days for sure. I find most of todays pens charmless and characterless and whilst their nibs may be more consistent they are boring My favorite era would be from the 1930\'s through to early 1960\'s.I love flexible nibs although I have neither the time or skill to master their wonderful properties, maybe one day! Writing with a fountain pen again has improved my hand writing, I can almost read it again and of course it reminds me of my younger days and a different era!!!I try to do the best with all of my pens, I understand everyone has different reasons for buying one from me. Some are collectors, some just want a pen they used to own many years gone buy, some buy for gifts and some just because they want to. I want all of you to be happy. I do my very best to describe my pens both in word and picture. I too am still learning, I am not an \"expert\" merely an interested guy trying to improve my knowledge of these amazingly simple yet complex instruments.Best of luck with your pen and thank you.NeilContact UsVia Message system.
