The condition is very good +
The book comes in a maroon clothed hardack cover with gilt motif and lettering to the spine. Some very minor rubbing but generally extremely good all over. Interior very good - spine and binding tight; illustrated end pages are clean and crisp and the leafs show very little sign of any age related issues. A superb edition of this rare edition. 336 pages plus extensive Longmans index. 7 1/2 x 5
As part of my commitment to service and quality when offering "sought after" editions I want to reassure all buyers that this book is of a very high standard and more than meets the description claims above. I would always rather undersell than over sell a book as I fully understand that buyers often have to go out on a limb when spending hundreds of pounds on the basis of a few photos and a brief description. I want to assure you that I will ALWAYS honour a full "no questions" full refund if the purchaser is in anyway unhappy with the book. As a buyer myself there is nothing more frustrating than making an expensive purchase only to be disappointed when you receive it. I will always respect the buyer's expectation of the quality and condition of the book that he or she is good enough to offer on.
