Up for sale is a very scarce Coin Bank manufactured by the Bower Manufacturing Co.. It is a \"Change for the Baby\" bank similar to the Bubble Banks produced by Vic Moran. It stands about 7\" high to the top of the loop and is 5 1/4\" in diameter at the base. The top and bottom are metal with the top being pink and the bottom being grey. The top has a slot for insertion of coins. Inside there is a cardboard figure of a baby with an untied diaper and a pile of diapers in the background. There is a clear plastic cone shaped sleeve which makes the sides of the bank. The bottom (see last photo) has a paper label noting that this is a Bower Visible-Character bank. And it describes how much it will hold and how to dismantle the bank to get your money. This bank is very scarce and is in really great condition. The cardboard insert with the baby on it is still very clean and bright colors. The printing on the base with Change for the Baby is in mint condition. A very minor rub mark or two on the painted surfaces and plastic is all that I can negatively describe. I do not see any marks that would indicate the bank was used.
