This is a beautiful handmade flat woven Salt Bag by the Baluch tribe in Western Afghanistan; ca early 20th Century; all wool, very good weave, nice colors. Goat hair overcasting used on both sides of this Salt Bag; size ca 17,5\" x 26\" / 49cm x 76cm overall. Good condition for it\'s age, charming Baluch Kilim design.
