1800s Colmont FABT Paris Brass Leather Opera Glasses. Near new condition.
1800s Antique Pair of Colmont FABT Paris, France Brass & Leather Opera Glasses or Field Binoculars. Glasses are marked Colmont FABT Paris on the eye pieces. Marked on the frame, France along with C in Star Colmont maker\'s mark. The glasses are in very good condition and show some normal wear. The deep black leather is nice and soft with no noticed wear. There is some very light scuffing to the black enamel frames, but no signs of rust or corrosion. The lenses are excellent, clean and clear with no scratches. The glasses function and focus extremely well. These glasses measure 4\" wide by 2 1/4\" long when not extended. Extended they measure 2 7/8\".
