For your consideration is this nice rich specimen of high-grade gold telluride ore with small blebs of greasy black Coloradoite (a mercury telluride; black blebs and veinlets), Sylvanite (a gold silver telluride; elongated silver grains) and native gold in vein quartz from the Bessie G Mine, La Plata County, Colorado USA.
Collected from 1969-1975 by an outfit called \'Champion Ventures.\' This material is rarely seen today.
