Commodore-64 Programmer's Library With D64 Disk Images For Sale
This package includes the full text and loadable program files from many of my early original magazine articles, programs and programming ideas for the Commodore-64 that appeared in various Commodore related magazines of the 1970's and 1980's when I was writing the PETpourri column for Kilobaud Microcomputing magazine. A fair amount of the material was originally written for the Commodore PET and CBM systems, then rewritten and updated for the VIC-20 and Commodore-64 systems. For more information on myself and my various writings throughout the years, you can check my RBakerPC blog.
Click the Buy-It-Now button and complete your purchase/payment, I'll mail the CD with all the files as soon as possible after receiving payment. Payment by PayPal is preferred. No extra shipping for additional copies or when combined with my other CDs. If combining CDs, please wait for my updated invoice with combined shipping charges before sending payment.
I do have copies of the CDTV Burn-In #2 Test CD-ROM that is also available if you check my other sales.
So what is this and what's included?
Some time ago I came across the original printed manuscript for this package and decided to scan the material into an Acrobat (.pdf) file and make it available again to anyone interested. Note that you will need a copy of the Acrobat Reader to view or print the text files in this package. Plus you'll need the D64 software to recreate the three original 1541 floppies.
Since the original printed copy was created with a dot matrix printer, the scanned images are not ideal but easily readable on screen or in printed form. If interested, you can click here to view a sample article to see how it looks. Since the listings were originally printed on continuous fan-feed paper, the bottom line of some pages are not totally readable in the scanned images so I've added notes on those pages to help clarify the missing line(s).
Standard D64 disk images of the three original program disks are included, so you'll have copies of all the original text files if you want to reprint them. You'll also have all the loadable program files as well.
This is a collection of may different ideas written over several years so there is no specific theme to this package. However, I tried to organize the material into useful sections that hopefully make it easier to digest.
