Payment is due no later than seven (7) days after purchase. If you are purchasing multiple items over a series of days, payment is due within seven (7) days of the first purchase. While we absolutely hate to do this, if payment is not received within ten (10) days of committing to buy, we will have to initiate a dispute seeking immediate payment to protect ourselves.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Sales tax will be added for Maryland residents. Please be aware that our product ships from an order fulfillment company in California but we are a Maryland company so we must collect Maryland sales tax. If you are an international buyer, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying. These charges for international shipments are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We ship to all international locations through the US Postal Service! We do combine shipping on international purchases! Just wait for an invoice to issue which will reflect any reduced shipping costs or contact us for combined shipping quotes. There are no tracking numbers available for international shipments but the Post Office does provide custom numbers that will track the package until it leaves the US and you MAY be able to use in your mail system to track it after that.
U.S. Postal Service provides only a delivery confirmation (or customs for international packages) number – this is different than a tracking number. (We sometimes cannot get a delivery confirmation number for packages that cannot be shipped through Paypal but must be brought directly to the Post Office or for most international shipments.) If a delivery confirmation number is provided, the US Post office is only obligated to record when a package is delivered. The system may (but often does not) record where a package is in the USPS system. The system also will not provide an expected delivery date.
Please also be aware that USPS only lets us investigate a missing package once it has been missing for over 30 days. At that point, we will do what we can to find it, but unfortunately, there is nothing we can do until the 30 days passes.
Once items are confirmed as delivered by the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation number, you are responsible for your order. Please make sure you are requesting delivery to a secure location. (The front door of your apartment or home when no one is there to immediately retrieve the package is not guaranteed as secure.) If you want to protect your shipment from the time it is delivered to your home/address until you pick it up, you must buy signature confirmation delivery! This service is an additional charge for which you will be responsible. Please tell us beforehand if you need signature service! If it is delivered to your home but stolen from your doorstep, and Paypal will not hold us responsible! We are only responsible for confirming, through a tracking or delivery confirmation number, that it arrived at the address you provide.
We make every effort to ship items out the next business day (Monday-Friday) unless it is a federal holiday. (Items ordered after close of business, 7 pm ET, are considered ordered on the next business day.) All orders ship as stated below:

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the case of a damaged or defective product, you will be provided with a replacement product if such a product is available. If no replacement is available, we will refund your money. Please be aware that the item may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, not us, so they can send you a replacement. If that is the case, we will help facilitate the return process for you with the manufacturer.
You must notify us of any damage or defect in a product within thirty (30) days.
RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS
Returns for items you decide you do not want are accepted for a full refund (minus original shipping fees for free shipping items and any or Paypal fees that are not otherwise refunded to us by or Paypal. For example, if you refuse to confirm with that the transaction is being cancelled, those fees cannot be refunded. Similarly, and Paypal will not refund fees if a preorder, for example, is cancelled 60 days after purchase.)
In order to get the refund discussed above, items must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received (that includes maintaining the manufacturer’s seal) within thirty (30) days of receipt or the transaction must be cancelled before the item is shipped. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping expenses to return the unwanted item.
Exceptions to this return/exchange policy are certainly made if the return is caused by our mistake.
