The pen and pencils mechanism work perfectly. These photos tell the whole story. If you know anything about Cross pens, then you know how rare this pen/pencil set is. The 12 Karat Gold Filled Cross writing instruments are no longer manufactured. This set is perfect in every way. Most likely, never used. No engravings, dents, dings or scratches! Discovered at an estate sale in Houston Texas.
This set Truly is Rare and Vintage. As a collector, I look at this set and am constantly amazed how well these writing instruments stand the test of time. Especially the Gold Filled sets. Manufactured in the 1970\'s. I believe this set was hardly ever used. The owner treasured the collectible nature of this set.
