I think it\'s beha , for restoration. The over wind is missing ,the cuckoo is detached an needs some work ,no pendulum and the bellows have been repaired . The hour hand is broken and been reglued . The top decor , cuckoo door and a small leaf bottom right have been replaced,see photos . The movement needs over hauling and cleaning . The clocks ticks and with a bit of encouragement the clock cuckoos . There is nothing I can see that a competent restorer could not fix  , size 19 high 10.5 wide and 7 inches deep . I will build a crate to ship it . I will take it back if you are not happy with it , providing there is no damage and you pay return postage  . Post price is uk and shipping abroad would be more .
