Danbury Mint Christmas In New York Souvenir Building Skyscraper Cityscape Model For Sale

Simply spectacular sculptural replica of a snowy New York City at Christmastime, created by the Danbury Mint. This replica entitled "Christmas IN NEW YORK" is made of hand-painted cold-cast resin with amazing detail and artistry typical of the Danbury Mint's high quality castings. Several famous New York City skyscrapers and buildings are represented here in miniature, including the Empire State, Chrysler, Woolworth and NY Times buildings, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Macy's, Washington Square Arch in Greenwich Village, and some familiar Central Park hotels. The cityscape is alive with taxis, buses, horse-drawn carriages and tiny pedestrians bustling through the snowy streets. The replica is large, measuring 10" tall to the top of the Empire State Building, on an 11" by 13" base, and weighs over 8 lbs. The front has a brass plaque engraved "Christmas in New York". The underside has the Danbury Mint copyright and sticker. The replica is in excellent shape, with no noticeable breaks or chips to any of the buildings. The only noticeable damage is one small .5" spot on the wood base that has a white paint splotch with some scratches, but it could easily be cleaned off and touched up. This is the best of the Danbury Mint building replicas all in one. It's an awesome sculptural replica of America's greatest city. This is a retired piece, so get it now while it's available.
