This figure comes directly from the pages of one of DC Comics\' Best-Selling Graphic Novels: RED SON! RED SON: President Superman - Russian Leader Kal-El is a strong force that has resurrected the economy and returned the splinter states to the Union. This is an unopened/factory sealed figure. The figure is in excellent condition and intact (with no visible flaws/damage to the figure).The backing card and blister pack may however have a bit of dust and slight signs of storage wear (minor scuffs to the front blister and/or bends/creases to areas of the backing card) but the rest of the factory seal remains intact (see photos # 1-3 for a closer look and better understanding of these issues).In my opinion as a collector, although I am not a professional figure packaging grader, I believe that the overall condition of the backing card and blister pack is very good and a collector who would wish to display or re-sell this figure as is, without having to open it, could do so.The figure itself also comes with a Blue Skull accessory and nice base for the RED SON figure to be positioned on.I am a collector myself so i pay very close attention to all those \'little\' details when trying to precisely describe an item of mine. There are so many ers who offer and win and don\'t pay for items - this can be very frustrating as it costs sellers time and money and we end up having to re-list so please only place a offer or \'Buy it now\' if you actually intend on paying for the item!If you cannot pay then do not offer or \'Buy it now\'!Non payers will be reported to and receive a non paying item strike on their account - after so many strikes will eventually block you from offerding!
Lost/damaged/broken items
I do my very best to package items so they arrive at the desired destination in the best possible condition. I pack all items in a sturdy box (or bubble wrap-reinforced large envelope - for smaller/loose items) with bubble wrap protection and additional paper or newspaper/magazine pages for extra safety. Sometimes, on rare occasions items may get lost or arrive damaged/broken because they were mishandled by the post office or carrier. If an item is either lost or broken/damaged please consult with your local post office and report this to them.To minimize the chance of items being posted damaged or broken, from my part, I always perform a very careful check of all my items before packing them so as to see if there are any broken/damaged parts (this is always easier to pinpoint with loose figures obviously since with brand new/factory sealed ones there may be non-visible damage - for example a loose or damaged joint/point of articulation or a minor paintwork flaw - which is not my responsibility but may caused be due to a factory/manufacturer flaw). In the rare occasion that I do notice such an issue I will immediately contact the buyer to explain the exact situation to him/her before actually posting the item and if after my communication the buyer wishes to cancel the order then that would be possible or alternatively an identical undamaged item (if there is more than one piece of an item in my stock at the time) can be sent instead. It is for this reason that I only post items with a tracking number (this however may be slightly more expensive than the standard un-tracked postage method). I do this so as to have proof of dropping off your parcel/order at the post office. What goes on from that point till the time of delivery I will not be held accountable for.Therefore the buyer takes full responsibility for parcels that are lost, damaged or broken in transit after I have dropped them off successfully at the local post office and have received proof of doing so via the postal receipt/tracking number which will be provided to me and which in turn I will update the buyer with. Import duties, Taxes and Customs charges Buyers please note
In some international countries customs may stop, open and inspect your parcel for the purpose of charging duty or import taxes to the item purchased. Buyers should therefore always check with their country\'s customs office to determine what these extra costs may be before actually offerding/buying.Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or postage fees, any additional charges are therefore the full responsibility of the buyer.
Postage Fees
It is my goal to price the postage of all my items as accurately as possible. Sometimes however my prices and estimates cannot be 100% correct due to the fact that there are so many different sizes and weights and different destinations to post to. Besides these factors you should keep in mind that there is always the possibility of postage fees changing (increasing or decreasing) on a regular basis and this is not something I can control.Please keep in mind that except for the actual post office fees my postage quote will also include a small standard fee for the packing materials used to protect a parcel and for my transportation costs, as unfortunately the local post office is not in walking distance from my home. I am therefore obliged to use my car to take any parcels to the nearest post office so will also calculate as best and as reasonably as possible any such extra gasoline/petrol expenses used for transportation purposes.If for any reason you do not agree with the postage cost I will be quoting then please do not offer on or buy the item and do not leave neutral or negative response. in such cases simply ask me first about the postage fees to your country before actually offerding on or buying an item.In some cases where I may have undercharged a buyer accidentally I will assume responsibility for my error and won\'t ask the buyer to pay extra postage after the initial quote I have given him/her.If on the other hand when dropping off an item at the post I notice that the buyer has been overcharged on postage fees then naturally I will issue the buyer a refund via PayPal for the amount he/she was overcharged with.
Combined Postage
It will be my pleasure to combine postage for a buyer/buyer if he/she purchases more than 1 item from me. This will save you money as well as making the packaging process easier and more efficient.In order to get a combined postage quote for 2 or more items all the buyer has to do (without actually offerding on or buying) is to contact me mentioning all the items he/she intends to buy/offer on and to simply wait for me to send a combined postage quote. If the buyer agrees with this he/she can then proceed to offerding on or buying the items and once this is done I will in turn send a single invoice incorporating all purchased items plus their combined postage fees.Please bear in mind that for some larger and heavier items combined postage may not be an option due to the item\'s bulk and weight.Another issue buyers should pay close attention to is that if a buyer/buyer wishes to offer on or buy multiple items over a period of 5 days let\'s say (which is the maximum amount of time allowed for a buyer to pay for a purchased item), and doesn\'t request a combined invoice from me for the various items he intends to offer on or buy over this time, then he/she may not necessarily have any postage overcharge refunded and I would have no choice but to calculate each item individually as if they had not been purchased by the same buyer, so please pay attention and do not make this mistake!Always remember...do not offer on or buy an item before having first requested a postage quote to your country from me!
