This unique system will bond pure gold onto real gold, white gold, gold plate, silver, silver plate, platinum, rhodium, nickel brass, bronze, and copper. It will NOT work, however, on stainless steel, lead, pewter, tin, aluminum, lacquered or non-metallic surfaces.
(Using non-compatible metals may contaminate the liquid gold, so if you don't know what metal your jewelry is made of, we recommend not using this system. Some TECHNIBOND and Diamonique items are lacquered, so the lacquer must be completely removed before use. If a gold color does not appear within 15 seconds of immersion, the item may be lacquered.
