WITH A FEW SMALL EXCEPTIONSDEPARTMENT 56 Christmas IN THE CITY"EMPIRE STATE BUILDING" ITEM # 59207Issued 2003 Retired 2005At 23.5 inches this is the tallest building manufactured by Department 56. It features several holiday lighting effects, including blueish/white, green and red colors in detachable top section that operate each color on or off on a 4 position pushbutton switch. There are 2 large white interior building bulbs and 8 (1 is out), very realistic yellow spotlights located around the top part of the building and shine up to illuminate the exterior. It has three American flags (should have 4...1 missing), that are separate in the box. All tested, and works well, in plastic in original box...! Size: 8.25" x 5.75" x 23.5" MINT WITH THESE EXCEPTIONS.......ONE OF THE TINY FLAGS WAS NOT IN THE BOX, 3 ARE, AND THE 1 THAT IS MISSING WILL NOT SHOW FROM THE FRONT, AS IT SITS IN 1 SITS IN EACH OF THE CORNERS, SO IT COULD BE ONE IN THE BACK... 1 OF THE TINY YELLOW DIODE LIGHTS ON THE BACK SIDE IS OUT...IT ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT AFFECT THE LOOK OF THIS PIECE, AS WE TESTED EVERYTHING, AND IT TOOK 2 TIMES BEFORE I NOTICED THIS LITTLE LIGHT OUT....ALL OTHER FEATURES WORK PERFECTLY.
