Being offered in this Clearance Sale is an adorable DEPARTMENT 56 Holiday Christmas Tree depicting that famous doghouse decorated tree in THE PEANUTS holiday special. This is Snoopy\'s Tree ... and you\'d probably guess that if you saw all the adorable little decorations hanging on the tree, including dog bowls, dog bones, 1st Place Blue Ribbons, holiday balls and gifts, and who else, but the adorable little yellow bird, Woodstock. Adorning the top of the tree is not an angel, but none other than SNOOPY in his Santa attire, complete with a fuzzy Santa beard. The tree itself is made of a metallic light green foil with a vintage look, including pink metallic balls on the end of the branches. At the base of the tree is SNOOPY\'s red doghouse, with a 1st Place Blue Ribbon on one side of the roof, and a blue Xmas stocking hanging from a nail on the other side of the roof. The front side offers a painted doorway.
NOTE REGARDING CONDITION OF ITEM: The one side of the roof opens, however, NOTE that the hardware attaching the roof at the top is broken so this would need to be repaired. There is also a cracked and open area on the snow area at the base on the left side of the doghouse door. Therefore, this item is being offered \"AS IS\" at a price way below the asking price as it would most likely not be considered a \"Collectible\" Department 56 item. But it is, nonetheless, an adorable holiday decoration and a great item for those PEANUTS collectors, so it\'s well worth owning it at this price. The base of the tree is a green holiday gift box wrapped in red ribbon, setting on top of the final base of white snow. Note that the green base shown in the photos was a prop only and is not included. The Department 56 tag is still attached at the base of the tree, and the item measures 6\" wide by 18\" high. This item is for Decorative purposes only and is not a toy.
Again, although this item isn\'t in 100% perfect condition, it\'s quite whimsical and would be simply precious displayed at your desk at work or in your home for all to see, so place your offer or BUY IT NOW and add this PEANUTS decoration to your collection now.
