This Dept 56 item was donated to the local Optimists Club along with numerous others. I have agreed to help sell them as I am an established seller. I am not a Dept 56 expert but in saying that, this item has been inspected and any know or visible issues have been noted, along with any missing accessories. Otherwise, expect pieces to be shipped as complete and with working bulbs. Low voltage items will be tested but shipped without batteries.
