Dressed Easter Rabbit Snail-driven Egg Cart Calamity Mushroom Intern. Art Publ. For Sale
While Ellen Clapsaddle did the bulk of the Intern. Art Publ. work, I do not believe these are her dressed rabbits, although I am not entirely sure. The card is very firm, very deeply embossed, unused, and clean on the back. There is faint tip-wear (a stretch), and the only real flaw is a speck of surface-wear, where there was a pinhole attempt (the top right antennae of the snail). Please be sure to check out all the EXCEPTIONAL detail to this card. The wheel giving way, the chick escaping from the pink egg below, the harness to the snail, and excellent color to the eggs and alpine rabbits! Really, it is a very neat and unusual DRESSED RABBIT image! There is gold highlighting to the greeting below, as well as the "To" and "From" lines, and I suspect the card is from about 1906. A marvelous DRESSED RABBIT/Easter gem, to add to any special collection! Other than the surface mark on the snail, very good/excellent!
NEW LOWER S/H FOR WINS OF $10.00 or less, in the USA only. I can now ship ONE postcard win, of $10.00 or less, in a rigid sleeve, in a smaller envelope. Again, this is for ONE postcard win only, as over that weight, it ups the postal price. When this is the case, after sale I will invoice you for $1.00 (in USA), for your ONE postcard win, IF it is $10.00 or less. However, I will need to enter this myself, on the invoice page, so please be patient as I get to this after all sales close.
For wins over $10.00, your postcard will be shipped within a rigid sleeve, often within another protective envelope, and as always, within a poly sleeve. Please keep in mind, that as the seller I not only have to pay for envelopes and all the packaging within, but to also get it shipped to me, as well. So the fee I charge for shipping is not just about the price of the stamp, it is all that is involved inside and out. For wins over $10.00, shipping will be $1.50, for up to five postcards. The overseas shipping will be $2.99. ANOTHER note about my shipping. I ALWAYS ship the SAME OR NEXT BUSINESS DAY after payment, and I am not responsible for the occasional POSTAL detour. I want you to know that I care VERY MUCH about my packaging of your postcard win! I typically dress your package up a bit with stickers and stamps (and I also work to make your package easy to open)! This attempt is in hopes of a brightly presented mailer being less likely to detour in another direction. I am always happy to combine S/H on multiple wins and IF YOU ARE offerDING THROUGHOUT THE WEEK, PLEASE, give me a head's up and I will be glad to invoice you on Friday of that week to combine on S/H costs!
Please note: IT IS , NOT ME, THAT SENDS THOSE PLEASE-PAY-NOW NOTICES, and I would actually prefer ONE combined payment, if offerding throughout the week. ANOTHER NOTE: IF TIME ALLOWS, could you please fill out the detailed seller response, as apparently this does matter in the overall rating as far as is concerned. Please let me know if you cannot see a scan. MASS. residents to add 6.25% sales tax. As always, thanks for looking, and apologies for this long-winded blurb! ,
