Daiya - Ranger Space Robot Japan with Original Rare Box !

Daiya Ranger Robot was made in the early sixties in Japan by Daiya and is one of the greatest plastic robot made in the golden age. Its a rare and very scarce robot. The reason for this is that the robot is very fragile and simply not many survived hours of beeing played with. Making plastic robots in the fifties was not common because all robots were totally made out of lithographed tin. In action this robot walks forward with Voice Sound. The mechanism is visable in his chest and he puffs smoke and a this all comes with a great robotlightaction and swinging arms as well.When you have this robot in hands you understand immediately why only a few survived and why these robots are so hard to find. I found this robot some time agoo along with some others. They were stored away for almost 50 years as they were
Unsold examples from an old toyshop. The condition of this example is near mint. There are some minor stresscracks as shown in the pictures. The box is original and complete. This is the rare and scarce boxvariation !. It shows a loose staple and some pencil writing of the shopowner.
It even shows the original price of$4,25 it was sold for in 1963 ! :). Plz refer to the pictures for the condition of the robot and the box.
The robot is new and unplayed with. The robot is accompanied by its original rarebox + insert.
As far as i know I never saw these robots new and unplayed with. This one survived more than 50 years in its original box... a robot with a great story !
