The front element shows some light coating marks / fine scratches

There are some air bubbles in the glass. this is something to be expected with this lens and do not affect images

Focus is Smooth

The Mount is an \'interrupted thread\' Its Leica L39 and will screw onto Leica LTM cameras or can be used with a screw to M adapter and used on all Leica M cameras including M9, Monochrom, M240. To use it on these cameras you will need to remove a small screw on the face of the mount which on the Witness acts as the catch for the bayonet release (its not on tight and is easy to remove)

On the Ilford witness this lens acts like a bayonet lens due to the interrupted thread.
