Damaged Pilkington Royal Lancastrian Vase On A Liberty & Co Tudric Pewter Mount For SaleUntitled Document
This striking but damaged Pilkington Royal Lancastrian Vase on a Liberty & Co Tudric Pewter Mount was purchased by my husband's parents on one of their frequent weekend visits to either Camden Passage or Portobello Road during the sixties and seventies, and has never been used but stored in a box ever since. Unfortunately there is some rather obvious damage to the rim where it has been struck, with the finest hairline crack extending 5 or so centimetres down the vase below the chip, so it will require restoration to bring it up to its previous condition.
The vase is approximately 16.5 cms in height and the base is pewter with the pottery glazed a very subtle green/blue colour. And it is stamped Tudric Lancastrian as you can see from my photographs - please do have a careful look at these (you may need to allow time for these to load) to satisfy yourself on condition, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Please be aware that I'm not a professional seller/dealer so I don't offer returns or any sort of guarantees on my sale items.
