This item ships via freight service.Because we are only a 2 person show It takes us afew weeks to packagefurniture items. We capture and hunt all our items from the wild and then clean, polish, photo and package all items internally. Because we take such a personal interest in all items it takes time for us to get each item packaged.Your patience is greatly appreciated and insures you get your item exactly as photos show.

TERMS of SALE:

Please note that all of our items are vintage, and therefore sold with age appropriate wear (light surface scratches, small dings to legs, fading in color). Anything out of the ordinary range will be noted in description and photos. We make sure to describe our items as carefully and accurately as possible, if you are looking for perfect items, buy new. All Items are sold AS IS.

We try to describe our items carefully and accurately.We do NOT give refunds for items damaged in shipping.While it is not our fault for any damage that occurs once an item has left our facility.Because we only sell and ship items which are accurately described and are photographed in detail we do not accept returns.

Any damages that may occur in shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and seller to claim and pursuit together. We will assist as much as we can in the claim process, but it is your responsibility to work with us. Together we can get the issue resolved in a timely fashion and make sure you are taken care of properly. We can only refund buyers the amount in which the shipping company refunds us at the conclusion of the claim process. By purchasing from us buyers agree to this process.

• For the most part, there are three different ways your piece can be shipped. Please consult the listing to determine the default method of shipping.

Charge Back Policy:

Due to recent credit fraud we are forced to include this clause in our sales. Customers who perform charge backs *will* be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. Buyer agrees that if they perform a charge back they are responsible for all legal and attorney fees incurred by the seller including but not limited to: filing for a full refund of the original sales price, shipping fees, fees associated with the sale re-socking fee and late and finance charges.Filing a charge back and keeping the merchandise is considered stealing.We will press charges using the full extent of the law.
