Dante & Beatrice Plated Cast White Metal Bookends, Philadelphia Mfg. Co., Circa :
For Your Consideration: A nice pair of Dante & Beatrice Plated White Metal Bookends by Philadelphia Mfg. Co. The pair have a deep copper plating with a nicely aged patina. I estimate the age to be circa 1960's possibly 1950's since they were cast in Philadelphia before the company moved to Eaton Park, FL in the early 1970's and changed their name to PM Craftsman. They measure 6 1/8" high x 5 3/4" wide x 3 " deep and weigh 6 lbs., 10 ozs. for the pair. These make a classic set for your bookcase or desk. Thanks for looking.
